The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the allegation, co-accused, Satendra Chauhan @ Satendra Kumar @ Satyendra Chauhan @ Satyendra Kumar enticed away the minor daughter of the informant. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the victim in her statement under 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she went with Satendra Chauhan, according to her own sweet will. It has been submitted that the case of the petitioners’ is on better footing than that of Satendra Chauhan @ Satendra Kumar @ Satyendra Chauhan @ Satyendra Kumar who has been granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 64494 of 2024. 5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76174 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 3/3 surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S.
