Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasganj to decide the Execution Case No. 02 of 2011 (Chhote Lal Vs. Mahram) within stipulated period which is pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasganj." 3. From perusal of petition, it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matter Under Article 227 No. 2978 of 2024, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
