(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for setting aside of order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the Special Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib in case FIR No.145 dated 23.10.2023 registered under Sections 15(b) of NDPS Act at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib vide which the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds were cancelled and forfeited to the State. 2. None appears for the petitioner. 3. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again. Notice of motion for 22.09.2025. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Day Care Centre for Elderly Disabled in home for Old & Destitute People, Sector-15, Chandigarh and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.” 4. Thereafter, on 22.09.2025, the following order was passed. “The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one more opportunity to comply with the order dated 20.08.2025. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to comply with the order dated 20.08.2025 with a period of one week, from today. Adjourned to 28.11.2025.” 5. It appears that order dated 20.08.2025 has not been complied with. 6. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed.
