3. The petitioner is holding account bearing Account No.005801000035648 with the 4th respondent/Bank. While being so, on instructions of the 2nd respondent, the 4th respondent has frozen the petitioner’s account and did not permit the petitioner to operate her account. 4. Now, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the disputed amount is only Rs.1,330/- and accordingly, the petitioner’s account is now defreezed and permitted the petitioner to operate her account. 5. In view of the above, the 4th respondent/Bank is directed to mark lien over the petitioner’s account to the tune of Rs.1,330/- and permit the petitioner to operate her account for a remaining amount, forthwith. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
