Act, Police Station Utraon, District Allahabad. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that at present no summoning order has been passed in the present case and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage. 4. Accordingly, the application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5.
