PATIL ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the Trial Court orders dated 08.08.2022 and 11.08.2023 passed in G and W.C.No.156/2022 passed by the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 2. The respondent entered appearance and filed a detailed affidavit indicating the compliance of the aforesaid directions of the Family Court as well as the interim order passed by this Court. In support of the assertions made in the affidavit, the accused has placed on record the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43630-DB CCC No. 597 of 2024 document which indicates that the order of the Family Court and this Court has been substantially complied. 3. It is pointed out that during the pendency of these proceedings, this Court, by virtue of an interim order, made an interim arrangement with regard to visitation rights of the complainant and the said order has been complied as per the affidavit. 4. We find that there is substantial compliance of the order of this Court as well as the Family Court. 5. Hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped, keeping open all the contentions to be agitated before the Family Court. Notice issued to the accused, if any, stands discharged.
