Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, Advocate, has requested to permit the applicants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with better particulars. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the State. 5. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No. 702 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicants to file a fresh anticipatory bail application, as prayed, but in accordance with law. 2.
