[corresponding Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023], seeking quashing of FIR No.48, dated 04.04.2021 (P-1), registered under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, lodged at P.S. Division No.2, Pathankot, challan dated 02.12.2021 (P-2), framing of charges order dated 17.07.2024 (P-3), and Revisional Order against Charge dated 18.02.2025 (P-10), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. First petition for quashing of FIR No.48 (supra), i.e., CRM-M- 8336-2025, titled as, “Anil Kumar Trehan and another v. State of Punjab and others” was dismissed as withdrawn, by this Court vide order dated 13.02.2026 (P-11), to enable the petitioners to avail the remedy before the Revisional Court. 3.
