Based on his submission, ad- interim relief in terms of paragraph 8(B) was granted. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Mansuri did not remain present to conrm the statement made on the earlier occasion. As a last opportunity, stand over to 22.08.2025.” Today, when the matter is called out even in the second call, learned advocate for the petitioners has chosen not to appear before this Court.
