Petitioner has approached this Court that he got retired on 30.04.2025, however, his entire retiral dues are not paid till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3 fairly submits that grievance of petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to him within a short period. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-4, on basis of instructions, submits that money has already been forwarded to Respondents-2 and 3, who has to disburse to petitioner. 5. Taking note of above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that aforesaid amount towards retiral dues be paid to petitioner within a short period.
