JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioner and the fourth respondent are estranged with the fourth respondent [the wife] initiating criminal proceedings against the petitioner who has called in question such proceedings before this Court in the writ petition in W.P. No. 31575/2024. This Court, on 18.12.2024, has permitted one of the petitioners therein to travel abroad between 20.12.2024 and 31.03.2025. Sri Fayaz Sab, the learned counsel for the petitioner, is heard and this Court is of the opinion - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35653 WP No. 25943 of 2025 that if the petitioner can make out a cause for permission to travel abroad when this Court is ceased of the petitioner's grievance with the pending criminal proceedings in the writ petition in W.P. No.31575/2024, the petitioner must necessarily make an application in such proceedings and this petition cannot be sustained. As such, subject to all justifications, the petition stands disposed of.
