1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J.K. Ray, learned ASC for State – Opposite Parties.
3. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions of the Petitioner, with a direction to the Tahasildar, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.3) and the Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (Opposite Party No.2) to grant an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and decide the question of eviction, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2 & 3, the Petitioner may not be evicted from the case land.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued in course of the day.
