Case No. 313 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1),3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. On 13.10.2024, son of the informant namely Devraj Pillai became the victim of road rage. He was murdered by 8-10 unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced the T.I. chart relating to the Test Identification Parade of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner was identified as a person who was part of the mob. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Arosh Lal has been granted bail vide B.A. No. 2546 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S.
