This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial relief: "I- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned recovery proceedings initiated by the Tehsildar Jalalabad, District - Shahjahanpur vide Recovery Citation dated 18-07-2025 against the petitioner (Annexure No.11 to the writ petition). II- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to adopt coercive measures against the petitioner in any manner." 3. Upon perusal of the documents and annexures in the writ petition, it is clear that there is no mala fide action on behalf of the respondents authority and the entire process of issue of recovery citation is correct in law. 4.
