This Criminal Appeal has been preferred under Section 14-A (1) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the entire proceedings of Special Complaint Case No. 110/2023 (Vijendra Vs. Laxmi Narayan & others), u/s 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC & 3(1) X SC/ST Act, P.S. Baldev, District Mathura, pending before the Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, Mathura as well as summoning order dated 05.05.2025 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mathura. Learned counsel for appellants submits that he is not pressing the appeal on merits and the present appeal may be disposed of finally with the direction to the court below that in case appellants surrender before the court below and apply for bail, their bail applications may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law, including the law laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773. Learned A.G.A. for the State has opposed the appeal.
