No. 46 of 2025 arising out of Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 46 of 2023(S) for the offences registered under sections 341/324/326/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila. 3. Co-accused Dharamveer had contacted the Informant for purchasing his flat. On the date of occurrence, the Informant was intercepted by two persons near Dhalbhumgarh. One of the unknown miscreants fired at the Informant party, due to which, friend of the Informant Shubhasis Mukherjee and his driver were injured. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court 5. Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. 2. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila in connection with S.T.
