Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to decide the application/complaint dated 07.06.2025 expeditiously under section 3 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules-1997. 3. The petitioner is a complainant, he made a complaint against the sitting pradhan i.e. Respondent no. 6/Raj Kumar Singh before the District Magistrate, Mirzapur alongwith affidavit but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. Hence the present petition. 4. On the other hand, it is argued learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent that the respondent No.2 will consider the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing therewith copy of application/complaint alonwith affidavit made by him before the respondent no.2 within a period of 10 days from today. If such representation has been filed within the stipulated period, the respondent no.2 will pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation expeditiously.
