ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Anand Kumar, learned Counsel (appeared through Video Conference) representing Ms. Sudhanagunra Swetha, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Official Respondents to consider the Revision Petition filed by the Writ Petitioner dated 13.11.2024 (Ex.P.1). Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Joint Collector, Eluru District, Eluru, dated 21.02.2025. Copy of it is not supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as he is appearing online and the same is taken on record. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Revision Petition has been scheduled by the Joint Collector to be heard on 22.03.2025. Having regard to this Written Instruction, this Court is of the opinion that no further consideration is necessary. However, the Joint Collector, Eluru District (Respondent No.2) is
