This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To issue, a Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondent No. 3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, district Kushinagar to decide the Proceeding of Case No. 9261 of 2025 (Hasnain Vs. Algu and Others) "Computerized Case No. T- 202505440309261" Under Section 134 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006, Mauja Basgaon, Tappa Rampur Rogha, Pargana Sidhuwa Jobna, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, Pending before it, expeditiously within a short Period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. So that Justice may be done with Petitioner." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no. 3. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to decide the Case No. 9261 of 2025 (Hasnain Vs. Algu and Others) "Computerized Case No. T-202505440309261, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
