Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Quashing the notice dated: nil bearing No.SKPS/FIR/51/2024, issued under Sec.179 and 94 of BNSS, 2023 by the respondent No.2(Police Inspector/Station House Officer, Shankarpuram Police Station) vide Annexure-F. Consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to call upon the petitioner repeatedly to appear before him, under the guise of investigation. b. And pass such other order / orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no crime which has been registered against the petitioner. The petitioner has been called only as a witness in respect of the proceedings registered in Crime No.51/2024, and a repeated notice had been issued under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Learned AGA submits that though the petitioner had answered the earlier summons, which had been issued, and all the details had not been furnished by the petitioner, it is for that reason that a repeated summons had been required to be issued. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a date is fixed by this Court, the petitioner would submit all the details that the respondents require for the purpose of investigation. 6. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is partly allowed. ii) The reliefs sought for are moulded. iii) The petitioner is directed to appear before respondent No.2-SHO on 29.12.2025 at 10.30 A.M. with all documents and details in connection with the works carried out by the petitioner as regards the application traced now and the website in relation thereto on behalf of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52133 WP No. 35939 of 2025 Mr.Yash and Mr.Swapnil and any other aspects incidentally thereto.
