II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to furnish reasons in writing for the earlier freezing of the said account and take appropriate corrective measures.” 3. After arguing for a while, Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel appearing for petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. 4. On his oral prayer, writ petition is permitted to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court at an appropriate stage.
