Impugned in this intra court Appeal filed under Clause-12 of the Letters Patent is an interlocutory order dated 11.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court (writ Court) in WP(C) No.1561/2023 titled “M/s Grnaco Industries and Constructions Vs. Union of India and Ors.” whereby the consideration of prayer of the appellant for grant of interim relief has been deferred till the objections/response by the respondents 2 and 3 in the main as well as in the application for interim relief is filed. The matter is fixed for consideration on 08.08.2025. 2. From perusal of the record, we are of the opinion that the order impugned is not a ‘judgement’within the meaning of Clause-12 of the Letters Patent and therefore, is not amenable to challenge in this intra court Appeal. Since the writ Court has deferred the consideration of the matter to 08.08.2025, we request the learned writ court to consider the prayer of the writ petitioner for grant of interim relief on the said date whether or not the respondents 1 to 3 file their objections. 3.
