This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.10116 of 2022 (Surendra Yadav vs. Rajesh Verma) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Complaint Case No.10116 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
