CRM-M-48150-2025 has been filed under Section 483(3) of BNSS for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat vide order dated 02.07.2025(P-5) in BA-1488-2025 in case FIR No. 146 dated 24.06.2024, under Sections 307, 34, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sanoli, Panipat. 3.
