The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R dated 17.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 161 of 2025, under Sections- 64, 351 (2) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita-2023, Police Station- Chilkana, District- Saharanpur. It has been averred in the short counter-affidavit that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 states that he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
