Sanjay Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No.0815 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 392, 453, 352, 323, 504, 427, 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali District Deoria pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Deoria within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact and circumstance of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
