The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 073 of 2025, under Sections 109, 351(2), 352, 115(2), 191(2), 318(4) of B.N.S., Police Station- Beeta-2, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. At the outset, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that after investigation final report in favour of the applicant has been forwarded by the Circle Officer concerned to the concerned Magistrate. The said report is yet to be accepted by the court concerned. At present, there is no apprehension of arrest. 4. At this stage, Sri Kaushal Kumar Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage. 5.
