This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 10938 of 2022. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the time specified by this Court to the petitioner to surrender. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had gone outstation to earn his livelihood as such he could not surrender within the time stipulated by this Court. On consideration of the aforesaid facts the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 10938 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.
