JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “ a) Direct the Respondent No.1 & 2 that to consider petitioner’s enrollment and allow the petitioner for the continuance of further studies, vide Annexure-‘F’. b) Direction may be issued for independent enquiry into the negligence of the college administration in failing to process the petitioner’s enrollment and take appropriate action against those responsible. c) Award compensation for the academic setback, mental distress suffered by the petitioner and financial loss. d) Pass any other order(s) which this Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh / new representation along with relevant documents to the respondents, who may be directed to consider the same and proceed further in accordance with law.
