CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 4 07-07-2025 Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order passed in the writ petition, alleging violation of which this contempt petition has been filed, has been modified in L.P.A. No. 337 of 2021. Against the violation of the order passed in the L.P.A., a contempt petition has also been filed by the same petitioners before the Division Bench.
2. In view of the above, the learned Senior Counsel has submitted that this contempt petition is not pressed.
3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed and
disposed of.
