No.4/2025 (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.V. ARAVIND) This appeal was disposed of by order dated 10.09.2025. Writ Appeal No.972/2025 was preferred by five appellants. However, in the cause title, names of eight appellants are shown. Learned counsel for the appellants has filed this application to delete appellant Nos.6, 7 and 8. It is submitted that the writ petition was preferred by eight petitioners. However, only five of the writ petitioners preferred the appeal. The inclusion of appellant Nos.6, 7 and 8 in the cause title of the judgment in Writ Appeal No.975/2025 is due to oversight and the same is required to be deleted. Necessary corrections shall be carried out in the judgment and fresh copy of the order shall be issued to the appellants. It is also submitted that the respondent No.8-the Commissioner of Central Tax, Bengaluru South Commissionerate, has been wrongly included as a respondent in the writ appeal. Learned counsel therefore seeks to delete respondent No.8 from the array of respondents. Accepting the said submission, respondent No.8 is ordered to be deleted from the array of respondents.
