The petitioner, by way of the present petition, seeks implementation of the order dated 25th July, 2024 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Sub-Judge, Chadoora, without availing the alternative remedy of seeking execution of the said order before the same court. 2. When a query was raised by this Court as to why the petitioner has not approached the court that passed the said order dated 25th July, 2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not give a satisfactory explanation and, when confronted with the same, sought permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. 3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy available under law for implementation of the order dated 25th July, 2024.
