The appellant/claimant Mariom Bibi is present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs) as compensation to the claimant. 4. The Insurer is directed to pay the additional amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs) within a period of four weeks from today before the Registry of this Court and the appellant/claimant may be allowed to withdraw the money after proper verification and identification of the appellant/claimant by the Registry. 5.
