The petitioner has approached this Court with the complaint that the alleged detenue, who had married him, is presently in the illegal detention of her parents, who are not allowing her to meet him. 3. The alleged detenue is personally present in the Court along with her parents. We have interacted with the alleged detenue and asked her whether she is under any compulsion by her parents to remain with them. The alleged detenue has stated that she is not in any kind of compulsion and she is interested in staying with her parents. 4. In view of the statement of the alleged detenue, this Court would have to hold that she is not under any illegal detention by her parents. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
