The petitioner seeks limited relief of direction to the Additional District Court I, Coimbatore to expedite the disposal of the final decree in I.A.No.864 of 2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the preliminary decree was passed way back in the year 2013 and the First Appeal also came to be dismissed in the year 2017. The respondent unsuccessfully challenged the same before the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well and belatedly in the year 2018, an application for review has been taken out and the same has not been processed till date. 3. The grievance of the Revision Petitioner is that the final decree https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3438 of 2025 application that has been taken out in the year 2013, has not been taken up for enquiry, disposed of, despite passage of almost 12 years. 4. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The Trial Court shall take up enquiry in the final decree application in I.A.No.864 of 2013 and dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
