Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is languishing before the concerned Court despite rigor of section 20 of the Specific Relief Act, which directs the suit to be concluded within an outer limit of one year. The suit is pending. Learned counsel submits that he would require only one day's time to lead evidence, in the case at hand. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit itself within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is disposed. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE cbc List No.: 5 Sl No.: 9
