Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "(1) Wirt of Mandamus direct the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner vide ANEXURES-E and F dated 08.11.2023 and 05.02.2024, respectively. (2) issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner as early. (3) issue any other writ or directions as deems fit by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
