Ltd. * * * * Vide order dated 20.05.2026, since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellants, notices were issued to them to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, as per office report, notices issued to the appellants have not been received back either served or otherwise. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned for awaiting service twice but the report was same. Therefore, the appellants were ordered to be served through concerned District and Sessions Judge. As per office report, appellant No.1 has been served through son whereas there is no report in respect of appellant No.2. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Appellant No.1 despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed her counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the appellants transpires that they are not interested to pursue this case. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room with liberty to the appellants to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arise.
