This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 24.04.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 11633 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition explaining the reasons, it had been contended that the order of the learned Single Judge was passed in the last working week before the summer vacation and the petitioner was not able to meet his Counsel and thereafter, there was some delay in giving instructions. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent also. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
