GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.5463 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the unauthorized peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property in an extent of Ac.5.40 cents in Sy.No.258-261 at Narikellapalli Village, Muttukur Nellore District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities specifically the 4th respondent is trying to interfere with the peaceful possession of the subject land without following the due process of law. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, if so warranted, the respondent authorities concerned would proceed against the subject land as per law. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent authorities concerned are directed to proceed against the subject property in an extent of Ac.5.40 cents in Sy.No.258-261 at Narikellapalli Village, Muttukur Nellore District, strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioner is otherwise in possession of the same, he shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
