The petitioner, a Primary Agricultural Co- operative Society Limited, is before this Court, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.09.2024 given by the petitioner. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Deputy Commissioner has also issued a communication at Annexure M dated 18.09.2024 to the Tahsildar, Davanagere Taluk, to consider the request - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33744 WP No. 22812 of 2025 made by the petitioner - Society for grant of land measuring 22 guntas in Sy.No.272 of Avaragere Village, Davanagere Taluk. 3. It is submitted that the State Government has also issued Government Order dated 02.06.2023, directing the concerned to provide all necessary infrastructure and logistic support to the Primary Co-operative Societies. 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the representation given by the petitioner - Society for grant of land and pass necessary orders having regard to the Government Order, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
