The case of the petitioner is that one Althaf Thasif collected chit amount from the petitioner and several others and thereafter, he had not returned the money to the petitioner and others. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint before the respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.83 of 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the complaint given by the petitioner has been registered, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition. 3.
