Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent no.1/Vice Chancellor, Kumaon University, Nainital, which is Annexure No.3 to the writ petition. Therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent no.1 to decide the representation within a stipulated time. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 would submit that the respondent no.1/Vice Chancellor, Kumaon University, Nainital would take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No.3 to the writ petition, within a period of three weeks.
