Petitioner has approached this Court that he is entitled for A.C.P since 2021 however, till date it has not been accorded to the petitioner and for that he has filed a representation on 24.5.2025 which was duly received at the office of the concerned respondent on 25.5.2025. 3. Learned learned Additional Chief Standing on basis of limited instructions submits that claim of the petitioner will be considered strictly in accordance with law within a short period. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioner will be considered strictly in accordance with law within a short period and in case of any legal impediment, same will be conveyed to the petitioner.
