Heard Sri Lavkush Kumar Bhatt, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State respondents. 2. By means of present writ petition, the applicant has prayed for quashing of the impugned order datesd 20.06.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Farrukhabad in Case No. 1011/25 with computerized Case No. D202503240001011 (State Vs. Jamshad) U/S 3(3) of U.P. Goonda Act, 1970 relating to Village Iklahara, Police Station Kampil, District Farrukhabad, whereby the order of externment of the petitioner for six months was passed U/S 3 of the U.P. Goonda Act, 1970 as well as the order dated 23.07.2025 in which the stay application dated 05.07.2025 was rejected and for a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the Case / Appeal No. 2351 of 2025 with Computerized Case No. C202503000002351 (Jamsad Vs. State of U.P.) U/S 6 of U.P. Goonda Act, 1970, expeditiously. 3. After arguing the matter at some length , learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case the appeal preferred before the Commissioner, Kanpur is decided with expedition. 4. Learned A.G.A. does not oppose the aforesaid prayer. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 / Commissioner, Kanpur Division, Kanpur to decide the appeal preferred Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Lavkush Kumar Bhatt Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
