1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeking the following prayer: a) ISSUE a writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated. 25/10/2024 i.e., Annexure-c and d directing the respondent no. 2 to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.56,949/- with interest at the rate of 12% per annum as raised vide bill no. GEN1033 (Annexure-B). b) Issue such other suitable orders or directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bills for the execution of work by the petitioner has remained unpaid for almost a year now and therefore,

representation is submitted by the petitioner for clearance of the bills. 3. The learned AGA submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the bills of the petitioner would be analyzed and accessed and payment would be made in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the said submission without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing consideration of the representations petitioner within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order, if not earlier.
