Heard Mr. Dheerendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent No. 1 as well as Mr. Palash Jha, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. 2. By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 2 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 163/2021 dated 19.04.2021 and the final report dated 28.11.2023 as also the entire criminal proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur, being Criminal Case No. 12030/2021. 3. At the outset, Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law, if occasion arises in future, on the ground that the trial of the criminal case has commenced and has progressed substantially and is at an advanced stage. 4. Learned counsel for the other side have no objection. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to law, if occasion arises in future.
