The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(5), 308(4) & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. On 14.10.2024, co-accused persons got their bullet motorcycle refuelled in Happy Service Station, Giridih. On being asked to pay for the same, the accused persons abused the informant and also extorted Rs. 5,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sahid Ansari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 1486/2025 by order dated 30.07.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (T) P.S.
