Since both the Criminal Petitions arise out of the same crime number, they are being disposed off by way of this common order. 3. Both the Criminal Petitions, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short {the BNSS'), are filed by the petitioners/Accused, seeking anticipatory bails, in Crime No.127 of 2024 of Manubolu Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under section 316 (5) of Bharatiya Nagarika Sanhitha, 2023 (for short lthe BNS'). 4. It is alleged by`the de faofo complainant that on 07.8.2024 at about 9.00 a.m. one Piduru Prasanna Kumar Reddy (A1) and Manoj (A2) had taken away the paddy belonging to the de facfo complainant in two lorries worth about Rs.17.00 lakhs agreeing to pay the same wl'thin 15 days. Subsequently the said Prasanna Kumar Reddy and his friend-Manoj did not respond and they evade the payment. Except that there is no allegation made against the Petitioners in the report given'by the de facfo complainant to the POll'Ce. Thus, no role has been attributed against the petitioners by the de facfo complainant in his report. cf€ L\ --- 2 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is I, inclined to grant anticipatory baI'l tO the PetitI'OnerS/Accused on certain conditions. 6. The petitioners are dI'reCted tO Surrender before the Station House Officer, Manubolu Police Station, on or before 10.04.2025. On such surrender, the Statl'on House Officer concerned js directed to enlarge the petitioners/Accused on bail, on their furnishing a Personal bonds for Sum Of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum each, to his satisfaction., On such release, the Petitioners/Accused are directed to cooperate wl'th the Investigating Officer and also directed not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner. After release, the petitioners are directed to report before station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until further orders. Accordingly, both the criminal petitions are allowed.
