The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and (ii) to bring on record the respondents 13 to 16 herein as legal representatives of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 13 to 16 in the above appeal. 2.
